版本更新摘要

過去三天 Claude Code 從 v2.1.283 推進到 v2.1.285，雖然都是 patch 版本，但更新密度相當高。這一輪重點不只是修補錯誤，而是明顯圍繞 Sonnet 5.5 預設化、企業治理、插件與 MCP 設定、權限安全、背景工作與雲端／桌面協作穩定性 展開。v2.1.284 帶來 Claude Sonnet 5.5 與多項使用體驗調整；v2.1.285 則更偏向管理員控制、插件配置、WebFetch 管控，以及大量針對 subagent、Remote Control、Artifact、VS Code、Cloud sessions 的修復。

v2.1.284：Sonnet 5.5 成為預設 Sonnet，權限與使用量介面持續細化

v2.1.284 最大的變化，是加入 Claude Sonnet 5.5 (claude-sonnet-5-5)，並成為 Anthropic API 上的預設 Sonnet 模型。官方標示其具備 1M context，價格為每百萬 token 輸入 2 美元、輸出 10 美元，cache read 為每百萬 token 0.20 美元。這代表 Claude Code 的預設模型能力再往長上下文與高密度工作流靠攏，也解釋了同期 release notes 中大量圍繞 compaction、prompt too long、model fallback、usage limit 的修補。

這版也新增了幾項互動與治理功能：

• auto mode 讀取工作目錄外檔案時，新增 「Yes, but ask again next time」，允許單次讀取但保留後續詢問。
• /usage 與 status line 可顯示 Claude apps gateway spend limit 的美元金額，例如「$271.40 / $500.00 spent this month」。
• /effort slider 新增 effortSlider:decreaseEffort、increaseEffort、toggleUltracode keybinding action。
• /rate-limit-options 加入 /help 與 command menu。
• /mcp reconnect all 可一次重連所有失敗或需重新認證的 MCP server。
• Claude apps gateway 增加可用模型政策、Google Cloud OTLP telemetry、certificate client authentication 等企業部署能力。

修復面向則非常廣，包括：

• 損壞的 response stream 不再直接顯示 raw JSON parse error 或把 undefined 寫入回答。
• overloaded / server error 在 thinking block 後出現時，現在會重試而不是直接結束 turn。
• compact 後仍過長的請求會再 compact 一次。
• MCP tool 在 resumed session 中等待 server 連線，降低「No such tool available」誤判。
• /plugin 設定畫面改善 boolean、number option 的輸入驗證。
• Foundry resource name 驗證更嚴格，避免未驗證字串被插入 endpoint host。
• 多項 TUI、vim mode、fullscreen render、keybinding、Remote Control、Artifact、VS Code 與 Cloud sessions 修復。

值得注意的是，v2.1.284 也把 Ultracode 從高 effort 綁定中拆出，變成 /effort 裡獨立的開關。這表示 Anthropic 正在把「推理強度」與「工作模式」拆成更細的控制面，而不是用單一 effort slider 承載所有行為差異。

v2.1.285：WebFetch、插件配置、provider 管控與背景任務穩定性

v2.1.285 延續企業與管理面向，新增幾個對團隊部署很實用的控制項：

• 新增 CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_WEB_FETCH，可關閉 WebFetch tool。
• 新增 claude --desktop，可在目前目錄開啟 Claude desktop app，或搭配 --continue / --resume <id> 開啟既有 session。
• 新增 claude plugin configure <plugin>，可顯示插件選項與未設定項，也可透過 --values-stdin 寫入設定。
• claude plugin install --config 支援 <server>.<key>=<value>，讓 bundled .mcpb MCP server 安裝時即可設定。
• 新增 allowedProviders managed setting，可限制機器允許使用的 API provider，例如 Anthropic API、custom endpoint、Bedrock、Mantle、Vertex AI、Foundry、Claude Platform on AWS 或 Cloud gateway。
• 新增 CLAUDE_CODE_NONSTREAMING_TIMEOUT_RETRIES，限制 non-streaming fallback timeout 後的重送次數。

這版修復數量非常龐大，但可以歸納為幾個主軸：

Subagent 與背景工作穩定性

• claude -p 搭配 CLAUDE_CODE_FORK_SUBAGENT=1 時，subagent 自己的 Agent call 現在會以前景方式執行，確保子 agent 能取得結果。
• fork subagent 會保留 parent session 的 plan mode 與 dontAsk mode，且不能自行退出 plan mode。
• background subagents 在 auto mode 中不再回報後多跑冗餘 turn。
• background Bash / PowerShell command 現在會有時間上限，預設 30 分鐘、最高 2 小時。
• workflow script 中失敗的 agent()、parallel() 或 pipeline() 不再因 delayed await 或未 await 被視為 unhandled promise rejection 而中止 background session。

安全與權限

• WebFetch domain safety check 被 rate limit 時，不再誤報成 network 或 enterprise policy block。
• redacted logs / transcripts 修正 URL password 含 @ 或 %40 時洩漏部分密碼的問題。
• PowerShell permission check 修正 parser 啟動失敗時跳過 deny / ask rules 的問題。
• Artifact tool publish 權限收緊，避免 allow rule 讓 Claude 在工作目錄外發布檔案而不詢問。
• sandbox settings 調整為 project settings 不能放寬或覆寫 admin-required sandbox。

插件、MCP 與 SSH

• plugin / marketplace over SSH 現在會尊重 GIT_SSH 或 git config 的 core.sshCommand。
• .mcpb server 若仍需設定，插件安裝與 /plugin 介面會明確提示。
• claude mcp list 補上 WebSocket MCP servers，並顯示 URL 與 health status。
• claude mcp get 對 stdio servers 顯示資訊更完整，但會隱藏 plugin-provided stdio server 的 command、args、environment values。

Cloud、Remote Control、Artifact 與 VS Code

• Remote Control queued message 在 terminal quit 後不再遺失，會在下次 resume 抵達。
• cloud sessions 修復 artifact 更新、uploads folder、environment listing 等問題。
• Artifact tool 修補 publish retry、rewind 後覆寫、未重新讀取來源檔等安全問題。
• VS Code extension 修復大量 session reload、agent transcript、slash command、plugin 管理、Problems diagnostics、agent map model labeling 等問題。

整體來看，v2.1.285 是一個「把大型工作流裡容易壞的邊界條件補齊」的版本。它不像 v2.1.284 有 Sonnet 5.5 這樣醒目的模型更新，但對長時間 session、subagent、plugin、MCP、Artifact 與 enterprise policy 的可靠性影響更實際。

GitHub Issues 動態

這段期間 GitHub issue 量仍高，四天累計約 192 個 issue，單日約 45–49 個。從標籤與標題來看，社群回報集中在幾個方向。

1. Auto mode、permissions 與安全分類器仍是高熱區

多個 issue 指向 auto mode 或 safety classifier 的誤判：

• #97854：auto mode server-side safety classifier 間歇性無 verdict，導致 Bash 和 ScheduleWakeup 被阻擋。
• #98169：Desktop app 中 auto mode classifier 在離開 auto mode 後仍阻擋已核准的 Claude in Chrome actions。
• #98287：Cowork scheduled tasks 中，owner-authorized email sends 被 permission classifier 拒絕。
• #98289、#98211、#98017、#98015 等多個 issue 都涉及合法安全研究、管理 UI 或一般請求被 safety / model safeguard 誤擋。

v2.1.284 已經調整 Sonnet safeguards 被觸發時的提示，v2.1.285 也修正了 WebFetch safety check 的錯誤歸因，但 issue 顯示「安全分類器在實際產品工作流中的可預期性」仍是主要痛點。

2. MCP、plugin 與 GitHub integration 問題仍頻繁

MCP 與 plugin 相關 issue 持續出現：

• #97319、#88128：MCP tools/list 或 resources/list 對 optional cache hint 欄位驗證過嚴。
• #97537：claude.ai connectors 在 Claude Code 中只顯示少數 MCP servers。
• #97701：claude-bin --channels 反覆 kill plugin MCP server，標示為 2.1.283 regression。
• #98007：MCP plugin servers 在 no-folder sessions 中停用狀態不持久。
• #98277：GitHub connector 已連接但 chat 顯示沒有可用 GitHub connector。

同時，GitHub integration 類 issue 數量很多，但不少被標為 invalid、needs-info 或 duplicate。這顯示整合本身的使用情境廣泛，但錯誤訊息、診斷能力與使用者回報品質仍有改善空間。

3. Desktop、Cowork、Cloud sessions 的跨環境一致性仍在磨合

近期 issue 中，Desktop / Cowork / Cloud sessions 佔比很高：

• #98031：macOS auto-updater in-place binary overwrite 導致後續 launch SIGKILL。
• #98288：Desktop SSH sessions 中 browser pane tools 不可用。
• #98285：claude://code/new?folder=…&q=… 間歇性在 scratch workspace 開啟。
• #98280：Windows Desktop SSH terminal pane 因 ~/.ssh/id_rsa tilde expansion error 失敗。
• #91680：Cowork sandbox sessions 長期未清理，累積大量目錄造成排程失敗。
• #97218：長時間 web sessions 出現背景 API 活動大幅增加與品質下降。

Claude Code 已不再只是 CLI，而是橫跨 CLI、Desktop、VS Code、Cloud、Slack / Claude Tag、Code Review 的多端系統。這也讓 session ownership、credential、workspace trust、connector visibility、background process lifecycle 等問題變得更複雜。

4. 成本、context overhead 與 tool schema 膨脹成為長期議題

多個 issue 指向 token 成本與 context overhead：

• #92554：希望以 allowlist-based tool selection 限制 built-in tools 增長造成的 context overhead。
• #91395：Artifact tool 在 claude.ai-backed session 中 eager-load 約 12k tokens schema。
• #94907：希望可關閉未使用的 beta tool schemas。
• #79504：Workflow tool eager-load 約 4k tokens。
• #91775：/usage Stats tab token 統計膨脹。
• #97997：Fable weekly usage 被錯誤計入。

這與 v2.1.284、v2.1.285 中多項 usage、spend limit、fallback model、context compaction 的修復互相呼應。Claude Code 的功能面越多，如何避免「每個 session 預載太多工具與 schema」會成為越來越重要的產品設計問題。

5. TUI、輸入、剪貼簿與 terminal 相容性仍有零碎但高影響問題

近期也有多個 TUI / terminal 類 issue：

• #97063：FreeBSD 上 2.1.278 以上版本 lock up。
• #96931：Linux 上 2.1.282 input box 在 session 中停止接受 keystrokes。
• #98023：2.1.284 在 first Enter freeze，疑似 sandbox glob expander 同步掃描 ~/** denyRead patterns。
• #98279：Linux JPEG clipboard image 偵測通過但 saveImage 只讀 PNG/BMP。
• #98029：Ghostty 中 PNGf clipboard format 導致 image paste 不工作。
• #98232：/context output 被 append 到 conversation history，反而消耗它正在測量的 context。

這些問題通常不是 headline feature，但會直接影響開發者的日常操作流暢度。

總結與觀察

這三天的更新顯示 Claude Code 正快速從「強力 CLI agent」演化成「多端、多模型、多 provider、可受企業政策管理的 agent platform」。v2.1.284 的 Sonnet 5.5 預設化，是模型能力層的推進；v2.1.285 的 WebFetch 控制、allowedProviders、plugin configure、MCP 安裝設定，則是治理與部署層的補強。

不過 issue 動態也顯示，產品複雜度正在帶來新的可靠性壓力。最突出的風險點包括 auto mode / permission classifier 的誤判、MCP 與 plugin 生態的邊界條件、Desktop / Cloud / Cowork 之間的 session 一致性，以及 built-in tools 與 schema 對 context 成本的累積負擔。

短期來看，v2.1.285 是值得升級的維護版，特別是依賴 subagent、plugin、MCP、Remote Control、Artifact 或企業 provider 管控的團隊。若你的工作流高度依賴 auto mode、Claude in Chrome、scheduled tasks 或複雜 Desktop / SSH 場景，仍建議保留回退策略，並密切觀察後續版本是否針對 safety classifier 與多端 session lifecycle 做進一步穩定化。
